E.L Montes, Disastrous - Review.

After struggling with the loss of yet another person so dear to her heart, Mia Sullivan, transforms her frustration and loneliness, into focusing on her future career. As the top of her class at Harvard Law, she’s nervous and excited, when given the opportunity of a summer extern position at one of the top firms in Boston. Her new boss is young, extraordinarily handsome, and the successful, Marcus DeLuca. Slowly she begins to fall for him, but as she caves in to his charms, she begins to discover he is keeping something from her.

Marcus DeLuca is living two lives: one that involves his successful career and the other that could potentially ruin his entire reputation. Every day is a stressful and hectic environment with his busy schedule. His secret could jeopardize not only his life but everyone he loves. That’s why he has no extra room for a serious, romantic relationship, but after meeting Mia he cannot resist her. She is innocent, humble, and pure, the total opposite of him. She distracts him from all of his deep, dark secrets. He knows once Mia finds out the things he has done and who he truly is, she will never want to look at him again. Deep down he knows he must stay away but he can’t.

Mia and Marcus are heading down a path of love, lies, heart break and betrayal. Can their love conquer all or will it end?

This book is one of those rare things that happens once in a blue moon and by that I mean it was fantastic, and will be making it into my top books of the year. It has everything I look for in a good book and more (except maybe a rock star but who needs one of those when you have the sexy Marcus DeLuca)

Mia Sullivan is the girl we all end up wanting to be, she is determined, successful and undoubtedly beautiful. She has a best friend that is always there for her, a grade point average some would kill for and the sexy Marcus lusting after her trying to make her his. After loosing all of her family and most recently her brother Mia finds it difficult to open up and let people in, what if they end up leaving her like everyone else? The last thing she can handle right now is another loss in her life. Not to mention that Marcus is eventually her boss for the summer, can you say heated office romance?

“After losing two important men in my life, I built a wall, not allowing anyone in. Once Marcus stepped into my life, that wall slowly crumbled. Finally I’d found a man that I could trust.”

Marcus Sullivan, even his name is attractive and causes people to want to know more about him. he is one of the leading attorneys and helps to run his own company. He is tall, well built and has enough charm to cause women everywhere to fling there panties at the pages of the book. Although he radiates power and masculinity on the outside there are some inner demons that trouble and cause Marcus problems to no extent. You can tell he hasn't had his life as easy as most people might think but he doesn't let that stop him from trying to do the best he can.

From the first moment Marcus sets eyes on Mia there is an undeniable attraction, he wants her like he hasn't wanted another women before. He doesn't just want her body for one passionate tumble between the sheets he wants to get to know her and introduce her into his life.

Mia cannot deny that she is attracted to Marcus there is just something between them. The sexual attraction is almost touchable and it is very well written, unlike some books where it can feel a little awkward and forced. They both need to learn how to fit each other into there day to day lives but most importantly they need to learn to open up because the secrets between them could tare them apart.

"That’s what love is … It’s scary not knowing what’s expected … but I know it’ll be the best frightening love we’ve ever had … I’m not perfect, Mia. And our relationship may not be perfect to you, but it is to me.”

This book is filled with everything you could need and more! Seriously if you haven't read it yet you need to go pick up a copy as it will be well worth it. E.L Montes is a new indie author and I cannot wait to see more of her work as I will defiantly be getting everything she publishes.

This book will thankfully have a sequel and if I could i would become E.L Montes personal pep squad and promote her to write faster.

This book is a good 4/5 stars, this is because there are a few grammatical errors in there and I know for some people that can ruin a book but don't let it with this, as the story line deserves to be heard.
